The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Offset Plates. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Code: 22510000-8 Offset Plates. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annexes No. 1, 1.1. And. 6 To The Swz, I.E.: Offer Form, Price Form And Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification: It Is Unreasonable To Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Acquisition Of A Homogeneous Product Range. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Renewing The Order Once For A Further Period Of 6 Months, Up To The Value Of The Contract. Resumption Involves The Provision Of The Same Service (With The Same Material Scope) Under The Same Conditions Specified In The Contract, And Requires The Consent Of Both The Ordering Party And The Contractor (Does Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract). The Value Of A One-Time Renewal Is Imposed From Above, As It Is Identical To The Value Of The Basic Order And Is Calculated On The Basis Of The Indicated Unit Prices. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing That It Will Benefit From The Renewal Of The Order No Later Than 1 (One) Month Before The Expiry Of The Implementation Deadline. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Written Declaration Of Consent To The Resumption Of The Order Within 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Information From The Ordering Party About The Resumption Of The Order. If There Is No Response From The Contractor Within The Above-Mentioned Deadline, The Ordering Party Will Consider That The Contractor Does Not Consent To Resuming The Order. During The Renewal Period, The Provisions Of The Contract In Question Apply. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Contract Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. Those Having The Status Of A Sheltered Workshop, Social Cooperatives And Other Contractors Whose Main Goal Or The Main Goal Of The Activities Of Their Organizationally Separated Units That Will Implement The Order Is The Social And Professional Integration Of Socially Marginalized People.
