The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Task Titled: Renovation Of The Playground At The Municipal Nursery In Żabia Wola As Part Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2026, Implemented In The Design And Build System On Plot No. 534, Precinct 0039 At Ul. Spółdzielcza 1 In Żabia Wola. The Scope Of The Order First Includes The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, Including An Architectural Concept Requiring The Employers Approval, A Construction Design For Reporting Construction Works, And An Executive Design Along With Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bills Of Quantities And Simplified Cost Estimates Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. As Part Of The Design Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out A Site Visit, Prepare A Map For Design Purposes, Inventory The Existing Greenery And Conduct Ground Tests, As Well As To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions And Permits, And To Properly Report The Planned Construction Works In Accordance With Art. 29 Section 1 Point 28 Of The Construction Law. Construction Works Include Preparatory Works (Disassembly Of Existing Equipment And Surfaces, Fencing And Marking Of The Construction Site, Protection Of Existing Trees), Earthworks (Preparation Of The Area For The Surface And Installation Of Devices), Foundation Works Adapted To The Local Ground Conditions And Laying A Safe, Synthetic Surface That Meets The Requirements Of The Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177 Standards Or Equivalent And Absorbs The Fall Of A Child From A Height Of 1.50 M To 2.00 M. In Terms Of Delivery And Installation Of Equipment, The Playground Will Be Equipped With Devices Dedicated To Children Up To 3 Years Of Age, Including A Multifunctional Device, A Sandbox With A Bench Filled With Sand, Two Springs, A House, A Two-Person Swing With Bucket-Type Seats, Three Thematic Boards For Drawing With Chalk, A Sand And Water Laboratory And Two Shade Sails Made Of Breathable Fabric Stretched On Four Concrete Pillars With Galvanized Steel. All Devices Must Be Certified By Independent Certification Institutes Accredited By Pca, Meet The Requirements Of En-1176 And En-1177 Or Equivalent Standards, Be New (Unused) And Installed By The Manufacturing Company Or With The Manufacturers Permission To Install, Maintaining Safety Zones For Each Device. The Development Of The Area Includes Planting Trees To Provide Natural Shading Of The Playground, Establishing A Hedge Along The Nursery Fence To Separate Children From The Noise Of Neighboring Streets, Restoring Or Supplementing Fragments Of The Lawn After Assembly Works, And Installing Small Architecture, Including Four Benches With Backrests (Steel Structure Protected Against Corrosion, Seat And Backrest Made Of Exotic Wood Slats), Two Waste Bins And A Regulation Board.
