Bema 3, 86-300 Grudziądz - Ground Floor Of The Building (The Warehouse Has A Ramp). General Requirements For The Offered Subject Of The Order: 1) The Offered Product Should Be Brand New, Without Signs Of Use And Be Of Full Value, Complete, In The First Category. In Addition, It Should Meet The Quality Requirements And Properties Specified By The Ordering Party And The Manufacturer Of A Given Product And Guarantee Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use.2) The Products Being The Subject Of The Order In A Given Assortment Item Delivered To The Ordering Party Should Be Identical, I.E. With The Same Technical Conditions, Physical And Chemical Properties, Model, For A Given Delivered Item Of The Subject Of The Order.3) The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered In The Original, Intact Packaging Of The Manufacturer Of The Given Product, In A Way That Ensures The Preservation Of Its Properties And Parameters Operational During Transport And Storage In Warehouse Conditions.4) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Marked In Polish And Contain The Label Of The Offered Product, And The Label Should Contain The Following Information: Name Of The Goods, Manufacturer, Date Of Production, Properties - If Applicable.5) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A 24-Month Warranty For All Items Of The Order Counted From The Date Of The Protocol Acceptance Of The Delivery By The Ordering Party.6) The Contractor Will Be Obliged (At The Stage Of Contract Execution) To Deliver With Delivery Hygienic Certificate Or Health Quality Certificate Issued By The National Institute Of Hygiene Or Another Equivalent Document For Agents And Materials In Direct Contact With Food.7) The Contractor Should Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Parameters And Properties Specified By The Ordering Party.8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Ensure (Persons, Technical Support) The Unloading Of The Delivered Products On Its Own And At The Price Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Lending Forklifts To The Contractor/Contractors. Etc.
