Tenders are invited for Repairing and Maintenance of Mosquito Oil Sprayers / Fumigation Machines and Grass Cutting Machines. For contracts valued aboveRs.5,000,000(ConstructionofRoadsandBuildings), registration at the ConstructionIndustryDevelopmentAuthority(CIDA) is required, and a copy of the certificate must be submitted with the application. CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS AND CONTRACTORS 1) All suppliers and contractors to be registered for the year 2027 should submit the receipt for payment of registration fee of Rs.5000.00 and an application fee of Rs. 500.00 to the Shroff of the Ja-ela Pradeshiya Sabha along with application. 2) Suppliers and Contractors anticipating registration should submit applications as per the application form obtained from the office. 3) Suppliers should submit separate applications for each supply or Service. 4) Registration of the registered suppliers who fail to submit quotations when requested and who do not supply as per the specified standards and quality will be cancelled. Registration fee should be paid either in cash or by cheque drawn in favour of Chairman, Ja-ela Pradeshiya Sabha before 20.10.2026 and the receipt along with the application and relevant documents should be delivered to the Ja-ela Pradeshiya Sabha.
