The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Maintenance Of Fire-Resistant Doors, Fire-Resistant Gates And Emergency Exits Fitted To Heritage Buildings, As Well As All Of Their Hardware, Locksmith And Doorframe Accessories. The Services That May Be Ordered Include: - Preventive Maintenance: Checks, Verifications, Lubrication, Adjustments, Adjustment Of Clearances And Minor Repairs, According To The Intervals And The Minimum Checklist Set Out In The Technical Specifications; - Corrective Maintenance: Troubleshooting, Repair, Refurbishment Or Replacement Of Components Following A Malfunction, Degradation Or Non-Compliance Noted; - The Repair And, When This Proves Necessary, The Replacement Of Equipment, Including The Complete Replacement Of A Fire-Resistant Door Unit Including The Leaf, The Frame, The Frame And The Associated Accessories; - The Placement Of Fire-Resistant Doors, Gates And Emergency Exits; - Associated Administrative Services: Inventory Updating, Planning, Intervention Reports And Periodic Reports.
