Terms Of Reference For The Preparation Of Documents For Obtaining A License From The Committee For Nuclear And Energy Supervision And Control Of The Ministry Of Energy Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan1. The Customer Provides The Supplier With Copies Of Documents For X-Ray Equipment.2. The Supplier Develops The Following Regulatory Documents:Instructions For Radiation Safety When Working With An X-Ray Machine;Instructions For Accounting And Control Of Radiation Sourcesjob Description Of The Person Responsible For Radiation Safety;Technological Regulations For Working With X-Ray Equipment.3. The Customer Approves And Puts Into Effect The Above-Mentioned Regulatory Documents Developed By The Supplier.4. The Customer Approves The Radiation Safety Instructions When Working With An X-Ray Machine In The Territorial Divisions Of The Department For The Protection Of Consumer Rights.5. If Necessary, The Supplier, At Its Own Expense, Organizes Radiation Safety Training For All Employees Belonging To Group A.6. The Customer Prepares And Puts Into Effect The Necessary Production Orders.7. The Customer Fills Out All Information Forms In Accordance With The Qualification Requirements, Supported By The Necessary Documents.8.
