The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4×4 Drive For The Volunteer Fire Department In Sokołowice, Hereinafter Referred To As The Vehicle Or Car. A Detailed Technical Description Of The Vehicle, Requirements And Minimum Parameters Are Included In Annex No. 9 To The Swz - Fire Truck Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz. 2. The Offered Vehicle Must: 1) Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) Along With Implementing Regulations; 2) Meet General And Specific Requirements In Accordance With The Pn-En 1846-1 And Pn-En 1846-2 Standards; 3) Have Valid: - Certificate Of Approval Issued By Cnbop-Pib In Józefów Near Otwock, - Test Report On The Mounting For Respiratory Protective Devices (Ouo), Issued By An Accredited Research Unit, - Document Confirming The Intended Use (Adaptation) Of The Water Tank For The Transport Of Domestic Water, Copies Of Which Will Be Provided By The Contractor At Least 2 Days Before Concluding The Contract; 4) Have A Valid Chassis Approval Certificate; 5) Meet The Requirements Of Heavy Class S (According To Pn-En 1846-2) And Category 2 - Terrain-Rated (According To Pn-En 1846-1); 6) Be Brand New (Chassis Production Year Min. 2025), And The Engine, Chassis And Cabin Must Come From The Same Manufacturer. 3. Warranty Requirements: 1) Minimum Warranty For The Body: 48 Months, 2) Minimum Warranty For The Chassis: 24 Months With No Mileage Limit, 3) Minimum Warranty For The Equipment: 12 Months. 4. Service Requirements: 1) At Least One Body (Body) Service Point Located In The Republic Of Poland, 2) At Least One Chassis Service Point Located In The Republic Of Poland, 3) Mobile Body Service.
