1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Manufacture And Delivery Of Furniture, Including Its Assembly And Placement In Rooms Located At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, In Building No. 2, In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.2.The Furniture Should Be Made Of 5527 Sn Stone Oak Board, Thickness. 18 Mm Parameters Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Given In Annex 4 For Individual Items.3.Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The List Of Individual Rooms. Delivery Of Mixed Furniture From Different Rooms And Delivery By Courier Companies Is Not Allowed.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Type And Quantity Specification Is Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4.5.Within The Scope Of The Order, The Contractor Is Required, In Particular: 1) To Deliver Brand New (Unused) Furniture, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, 2) To Unpack, Set Up And Assemble The Furniture, As Well As To Remove Any Waste Resulting From These Activities, 3) To Provide At Least A 24-Month Quality Guarantee, Covering, Among Others, Any Construction And Material Defects And Proper Performance Of The Contract (Including Assembly) In The Scope Of The Delivered Furniture, Counting From The Date Of Its Receipt By The Ordering Party Without Reservations. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Included In The Delivery And Assembly Have Technical, Functional And Aesthetic Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.7.The Description Of The Offered Product Should Not Raise Any Doubts For The Ordering Party. The Description Should Indicate That The Offered Subject Of The Order Has The Same Parameters As Required By The Ordering Party Or Better Parameters By Precisely Indicating The Parameters Of The Offered Product According To The List Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Illustrative Drawings Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract).
