The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Furniture With Assembly, Hereinafter Referred To As Furniture, For The Teaching Building Of The Faculty Of Mathematics, Physics And Computer Science Of The University Of Gdańsk.2.Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 39121200-8 (Tables), 30195000-2 (Boards), 39143110-0 (Beds And Sofas And Special Upholstered Furniture), 39113100-8 (Armchairs), 39111000-3 (Seats).3.A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To Swz.4.Place Of Furniture Delivery: Faculty Of Mathematics, Physics And Computer Science Of The University Of Gdańsk, Ul. Wita Stwosza 57, 80-309 Gdańsk, Ground Floor, Hall Next To Room 332.5.The Ordering Party Requires A Manufacturers Warranty For Furniture For A Period Of At Least 12 Months, But The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Chapter Xviii Of The Swz. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Included In § 7 Of The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 3 To Swz.6.In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Specified The Requirements For The Furniture Offered By Reference To Standards, Certificates, Test Reports, Approvals Or Other Documents Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz. In Each Case Where Standards, Certificates Or Other Documents Are Indicated In The Content Of The Swz, Including In The Annexes To The Swz, It Should Be Understood That Such Indication Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Thus, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards, Certificates And Other Documents Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 And 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That The Offered Furniture Meets The Quality, Functional, Utility, Strength, Safety, Ergonomics, Durability, Ecological Or Other Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Extent Not Worse Than Those Resulting From The Standards, Certificates Or Other Documents Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Equivalent Solutions Used Must Correspond In Type And Scope To The Purposes Served By The Standards, Certificates Or Other Documents Referred To In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.7.Due To The Possibility Of Offering Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Required To Analyze And Evaluate All Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party As Interrelated. Demonstrating Equivalence, I.E. Meeting The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent, Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.
