In The Following Months: Królewice, Uściszowice And Kijany. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Design Works (A). The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation In The Field Of Development Of A Construction Design Together With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Decisions Enabling The Construction Process And, Based On Them, The Execution Of Construction Works For The Task In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Legal Provisions. The Design Documentation Is To Be Complete In Order To Obtain The Necessary Decisions That Will Enable The Commencement Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment In Question. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With All Necessary Powers Of Attorney To Obtain, In Particular, A Building Permit/Notification. Scope Of Construction Works (B). The Contractor Will Perform The Works In Accordance With The Study, Design And Executive Documentation Approved By The Engineer And The Ordering Party.
