The Subject Of The Order Is: 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party - Ncbj Radioisotope Center Polatom: The Following Plastic Accessories For Technetium Generators (Mo/Tc):• Tc-1 Container - 10,000 Pcs.• Tc-2 Cover - 10,000 Pcs.• Tc-3 Insert - 10,000 Pcs.• Tc-4 Sleeve Dosing - 10,000 Pcs. In A System Of Successive Deliveries In Batches Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract Or Until The Quantity Specified In The Proceedings Is Exhausted. The First Partial Delivery Will Be Made No Later Than December 10, 2026 And Will Include Exactly 2,500 Pcs. Of Each Type Of Element (Plastic Accessories). Subsequent Partial Delivery Dates Will Depend On The Production Orders Carried Out By The Ordering Party.1.2 The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Above-Mentioned, Estimated Quantity Of The Ordered Assortment Earlier, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, Including In Particular Claims For Compensation For Lost Profits.1.3 All Plastic Accessories Delivered Under This Order Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 5.
