The Subject Of The Order Includes: Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel - High-Methane Natural Gas Of Group E For Heating Purposes At A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa, Including Sale And Distribution To Gaseous Fuel Consumption Points Located In Facilities Administered By The Municipal Property Management Board In Libiąż.2.The Supply Of Gaseous Fuel Will Be Made On The Basis Of An Agreement Specifying The Conditions Of Sale And Provision Of Gaseous Fuel Transmission And Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 And On The Basis Of The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 15, 2018 On Detailed Rules For Shaping And Calculation Tariffs And Settlements In Gas Fuel Trade, In Accordance With The Osd Gas Fuel Tariff, The Rules Specified In The Licenses, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Terms And Conditions, As Well As In Accordance With The Contractors Offer And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Civil Code. 3. The List Of Facilities (Collection Points), Along With Basic Technical Parameters And The Planned Estimated Annual Consumption Specifying The Subject Of The Order, Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
