The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Construction Of A Livestock Building For Farm Animals With A Storage Attic Along With Technical Infrastructure, Including A Tight Tank For Liquid Waste With A Capacity Of 8 M3 And A Slab For Storing Manure On The Plot With Registration Number 98/25, Registration Area 0012 - Kamień Mały, Registration Unit Witnica. The Designed Building Has Two Above-Ground Floors: The Ground Floor Intended For Keeping Farm Animals And The Attic Intended For Storing Hay, Straw And Feed Materials. The Development Area Of The Building Is 188.48 M², The Usable Area Is 304.92 M², And The External Dimensions Are Approximately 15.76 × 11.96 M. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: • Construction Of The Building, Including Earthworks, Foundations, Construction, Masonry, Roofing, Insulation And Finishing Works; • Construction Of A Prefabricated Ceiling Above The Ground Floor And A Wooden Roof Structure With Covering; • Construction Of External Steel Stairs, Landings, Balustrades And Protection Of The Technological Opening For Hay Discharge;• Construction Of Partitions And Box Gates And Other Permanent Building Elements Provided For In The Design Documentation;• Construction Of Sanitary Installations, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Sewage And Animal Leachates, And Ventilation;• Construction Of Electrical, Lighting, Grounding, Lightning Protection And Other Installations Provided For In The Design Documentation;• Construction Of A Plate For The Temporary Storage Of Manure Together With The Leachate Removal System;• Construction Of The Designed Septic Tank With The Sewage And Leachate Supply Installation;• Performance Of External Works, Connections, Field Installations And Other Land Development Within The Scope Specified In The Design Documentation, Subject To The Exclusions Indicated Below;• Performance Of All Auxiliary, Security, Reconstruction Works, Tests, Examinations, Regulations And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution And Commissioning Of The Works Covered By The Order. Detailed The Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Are Determined By The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Order Documents. Exclusions From The Scope Of The Orderdespite The Following Elements Being Presented Or Described In The Design Documentation, They Are Not Covered By This Order And Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price:1.Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Intended Directly For Feeding And Watering Animals, I.E. Automatic Waterers, Trough Feeders, Hay Feeders; Water And Electrical Installations Intended To Support The Above-Mentioned. Devices Should Be Made Within The Scope Specified In The Design Documentation, To The Places Of Their Final Connection;2.Demolition Of Existing Fences And Fences;3.Disassembly, Relocation And Reassembly Of Existing Outdoor Gym Equipment
