The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Vehicles In Connection With The Implementation By The City Of Białogard Of Tasks In The Field Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program (Agreement For Co-Financing With Funds From The State Budget Of The Task Implemented In The Scope Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program No. 108.3.4.2026.Olioc.Z Of June 9, 2026, Concluded Between The City Of Białogard And The Voivode West Pomeranian Voivodeship). The Vehicles Will Strengthen Operational Capabilities In Responding To Crisis Situations, Events Related To Removing The Effects Of Natural Disasters And Evacuating Residents, Property And Animals From Hard-To-Reach Areas. In Addition, They Will Strengthen The Citys Logistical Security Through Efficient, Safe And Timely Transport Of Equipment And Materials For Emergency Operations. The Task Will Be Performed By: Part 1: Purchase And Delivery Of A Tractor With Equipment And Accessories Quantity - 1 Piece A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz. The Vehicles Covered By The Delivery Will Be Brand New, Covered By Warranty, Undamaged, Unused, Technically Efficient, Free From Physical (Design, Material And Workmanship) And Legal Defects (Including Any Rights Of Third Parties And Any Other Encumbrances And Security Measures) And Come From From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel To The European Union Market).
