The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Light Reconnaissance And Rescue Vehicle, Equipped With A Fire Extinguishing Module, With A 4X4 Drive For Patrolling Areas Of The Zgorzelec Commune At Risk Of Flooding, Year Of Manufacture Of The Chassis And Body Min. 2025.2.The Contractor Will Ensure The Delivery Of The Vehicle In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documents, Including Swz And Accompanying Annexes, - Constituting Its Exclusive Property, New, Technically Efficient And Free From Defects And Third-Party Encumbrances.3.The Contractor Will Provide Space In The Vehicle (Shelves, Handles) Necessary To Equip The Vehicle With Small Rescue, Fire-Fighting And Technical Equipment, Which Is Standard Equipment For Light Vehicles. The Exact List And Dimensions Of The Equipment (Including Saws, Canisters, Cones, Hydraulic Tools) Will Be Determined Only At The Stage Of Contract Execution. The Equipment Referred To In This Section Will Be Delivered To The Contractors Headquarters - The Ordering Party, No Later Than Before The Collection Of The Vehicle.4.Together With The Car, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle As A Special Vehicle For Firefighting Purposes, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 450, As Amended).5.The Car Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 450, As Amended). The Vehicle Must Have A Certificate Of Approval For Use In Fire Protection In Poland, Issued On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Intended To Ensure The Principles Of Public Safety Or Protection Of Health, Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Approvals For These Products For Use.6.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit A Completed Form (Appendix 1 A To The Swz) Together With The Offer (Annex 1 To The Swz) Entitled Detailed Specification Of The Offered Vehicle, Including The Required Information, According To The Template Of Annex No. 1A To The Swz. In The Form, The Contractor Declares That The Offered Car Has The Features And Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Provides The Brand Of The Offered Car And Its Specific Version/Model. This Form Is Submitted With The Offer. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2A To The Swz (Opz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.8.Collection Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Contractors Registered Office - As The Place Of Performance, In The Presence Of Representatives Of The Parties To The Contract, On The Date
