Expected to be co-financed by investment grants of up to EUR 8.3 million, comprising EUR 3.3 million from the EU Neighbourhood Investment Platform (EU NIP) and EUR 5.0 million from the Eastern Europe Energy Efficiency and Environment Partnership (E5P) - Tranche 2 up to EUR 20.9 mln, uncommitted. Additional investment grant financing of up to EUR 3.7 million is pending, subject to relevant approvals.
