Tenders are invited for Construction of Stage II of the Water Pipeline to Parque San Martin and Complementary Works in La Plata District The works comprise the following: Stage 2 of the Treated Water Pipeline. It includes the construction of a 1,200 mm diameter GRP pipeline, from the Distribuidor Roundabout (Av. 32 and Av. 120) to Av. 31 and Street 52, as well as 1,000 mm diameter branches to the regulation reservoirs located in the vicinity of the Estadio Unico (Estadio Unico reservoir) and the former Railways Workshops (San Lorenzo reservoir) and an 800 mm diameter branch to the existing reservoir in the Parque San Martin Power Plant. Estadio Unico Reservoir and Pump Station. It includes the construction of a reinforced concrete reservoir with a storage capacity of 15,000 m³ and a Pumping Station for distribution to the western area of the city. San Lorenzo Reservoir. It includes the construction of a reinforced concrete reservoir with a storage capacity of 5,000 m³ for distribution to the south-western area of the city. Western Secondary Pipeline. It includes the construction of an HDPE Class 10 pipeline with variable diameters from 500 to 900 mm, to connect the main pipeline to the distribution network of the different towns in the western area of Greater La Plata. Completion and Commissioning of Av. 32 secondary pipeline. It includes the commissioning of the secondary pipeline of Av. 32 to strengthen the drinking water network in the town of Tolosa. Repowering of La Plata Pump Stations. It includes the repowering and improvement of the Bosque, Saavedra and San Martin pumping stations. Time for Completion: 720 calendar days.
