The Subject Is The Provision Of Laundry Services For The Wellness Indoor Swimming Pool In Valašská Meziříčí In The Expected Scope Set Out In Appendix No. 1 – Price List Of Laundry Services. These Services Include, In Particular, Collection Of Laundry From The Collection Point, Sorting Of Laundry, Washing Of Laundry, Dry Cleaning Of Laundry, Drying Of Laundry, Ironing And Ironing Of Laundry, Packing Of Laundry For Dispatch And Delivery Of Laundry Back To The Collection Point, Starting On January 1, 2027 For An Indefinite Period.The Contracting Authority Requires That The Provided Services Exhibit At Least The Following Parameters:- Collection Of Dirty Laundry And Import Of Clean Laundry Is Carried Out 3 Times A Week From 8:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M. And Is Provided By The Supplier At His Expense.- The Supplier Always Delivers The Washed Laundry Within Two Working Days.- Clean Laundry Will Be Handed Over By The Supplier Sorted By Type And Packed.- Damaged Linen Will Be Repaired At The Suppliers Expense.- If The Supplier Does Not Hand Over To The Customer The Linen That He Took Over From Him For The Purpose Of Washing, He Is Obliged To Compensate The Customer For The Damage By Purchasing New Linen Of The Same Quantity, Type And Quality Or By Providing The Appropriate Financial Compensation.When Providing Performance, The Supplier Is Bound By The Obligation To Comply With Decree Of The Ministry Of Health Of The Czech Republic No. 306/2012 Coll., On The Prevention Of The Emergence And Spread Of Infectious Diseases And On Hygienic Requirements For The Operation Of Medical Facilities And Social Care Institutions, As Amended.The Rights And Obligations Of The Execution Of The Public Contract Result From The Binding Draft Of The Contract For The Provision Of Laundry - See Annex No. 2 Of The Call. This Draft Contract Contains Binding Conditions For The Participant. In The Said Draft Contract, The Participant Shall Complete The Missing Data. The Participant Signs The Supplemented Draft Contract And Makes It Part Of Their Offer.
