The Assignment Consists Of Carrying Out Design, (Project) Engineering, Project (Supervision) Management And Support Within Cultural And Civil Engineering Projects. Main Components: Carrying Out Design Work In Redesigns With (Citizen) Participation, Carrying Out Cultural And Civil Engineering Drawing Work; Determining Quantities For Specification Preparation; Realizing Raw Specifications Including Attachments; Writing The Intelligence Notes; Checking Winning Quotes; Supervision And Management; Consultancy Work In The Field Of Traffic, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Paving And The Environment; Supporting Activities In Processes With (Citizen) Participation; Supervising Investigations To Be Carried Out By Third Parties; Other Activities If Applicable. This Concerns Engineering Assignments With An Estimated Value Of Up To € 100,000 Excluding Vat Per Partial Assignment. The Work To Be Carried Out Is Within The Municipal Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Bergeijk And Falls Under Its Responsibility. The Municipality Could Conduct A Separate Tender For Each Sub-Task. However, Given The Value Of The Partial Assignments, The Decision Has Been Made To Place Them In A Framework Agreement, So That This Improves The Efficiency Of The Assignment. This Means That There Is A Combined Order. Tenderers Can Carry Out The Work Without Or With A Small Number Of Subcontractors: They Usually Have All Disciplines In-House. Splitting Into Plots That Can Be Awarded Independently Of Each Other Does Not Lead To Better Accessibility For Smes, But To Additional Activities And Therefore More Inefficiency And Therefore More Costs.
