1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of The Surface Of Two Playgrounds At Kindergarten No. 74 At Ul. Wolska 79 In Warsaw.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory And Earthworks, Demolition And Dismantling, B) Construction Of Mineral Base, C) Laying Of A Polyurethane Sports Surface, D) Removal Of Demolition Elements And Tidying Up The Area.3. A Detailed Description, Scope Of Work And The Method Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Specified In The Following. Documents: A) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, B) Bill Of Quantities For Information Purposes, Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, C) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template, D) Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.4.In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Order And Performing Activities Related To General Construction Works Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In Accordance With The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting And Verifying The Employment Of These People And The Ordering Partys Rights To Control This Employment And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz.5.Information About The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Construction Works In The Field Of Paths And Other Surfaces Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.6.Pursuant To § 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Business With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 200,000.00 (In Words: Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contractual And Tort Liability. 7. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 197,210.87 To Finance The Awarded Order.8.Guarantee. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order, Including Built-In Materials And Devices, For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 60 Months.
