5.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Renovation Works Of The Municipal Building In Romanów In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Mentions That The Design Documentation Contains A Broader Scope Of Work, While The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 5.2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark And Maintain, At His Own Expense, The Temporary Marking Of The Works Throughout The Entire Implementation Period, As Well As To Dismantle It After The Works Are Completed, Perform The Necessary Tests And Measurements, Tidy Up The Area And Any Other Work Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities And Necessary To Be Performed Due To The Quality Of Construction.
