1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Thermal Modernization Of The Municipal Works Building In Barczewo At Ul. Polish Army 15.2.As Part Of The Thermal Modernization Of The Building, Described In Detail In The Technical Descriptions Of Construction And Technical Projects, It Is Planned To Carry Out The Scope Of Construction And Installation Works Within The Scope Covered By The Building Permit Decision And Construction And Technical Projects.3.The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Facility Above The Plinth Level, 2) Insulation Of The Foundation Walls Of The Facility Below The Plinth Level, 3) Insulation Of The Ceiling Above The Basement, 4) Insulation Of The Ventilation Ceiling - Office, 5) Insulation Of The Flat Roof Above The Social Area, 6) Replacement Of External Windows And Doors, 7) Chimneys, Fire Walls, Gutters And Flashings, 8) External Stairs And Balustrades,9) Mechanical Ventilation With Heat Recovery. 4. Electrical And Low-Voltage Works Are Completely Excluded From The Scope Of The Order. Therefore, The Offer Should Not Include The Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Energy Storage, Modernization Of The Lighting Installation, Lightning Protection And Earthing Installation, Electrical Switchboards, Power Cables And Telecommunications Installations. The Exclusion Also Covers The Electrical Supply For The Heat Pump, Mechanical Ventilation Devices, Hot Water Installation Devices And The Garage Door Drive. If The Documentation Provides For Construction Or Sanitary Elements Necessary For The Subsequent Implementation Of These Installations, They Should Be Performed Within The Scope Of This Order, While The Implementation Of Cables, Security, Power Supply And Electrical Connections Remains Outside The Scope Of This Order.
