Equipment And Transport Base In Odrzywołek (Ordering Party). The Subject Of The Order Are Unit Prices For Services In Active Snow Removal, Slipperiness Removal Using The Ordering Partys Material (Sand, Sand-Salt Mixture) According To The Following Division: 1. Carrier For The Pp-1 Type Sand Plow - 1 Piece. In The Rates For The Service Provided, The Contractor Includes The Costs Of Travel And Return To And From The Ordering Party, Loading Time Of The Sand Plow, Equipment Repair Costs, Equipment Maintenance Costs After The Services Are Completed, And Fuel Costs. (Also For Sand Plows) And Communication Costs. The Material Scope Of The Order Also Includes Readiness To Provide Services Consisting In Ensuring The Availability Of Equipment And Employees Responsible For The Proper Performance Of Services. For The Readiness To Provide Services For Plow Sanders, The Contractor Is Entitled To A Separate Lump Sum Remuneration Payable Monthly For A Period Of 5 Months, I.E. From November 15, 2026 To April 15, 2027. Requirements For Carriers For Plow Sanders: - Trucks With A Capacity Of Over 10 Tons In A Minimum 6 X 4 Configuration With A Box Length Of At Least 5.70 M District Road Administration In Grójec Z/S In Odrzywołek Entrusts Equipment (Sand Plows) To The Contractor For The Period Of Winter Road Maintenance Services. This Equipment May Only Be Used For Services To The District Road Administration In Grójec With Its Headquarters In Odrzywołek. The Contractor Will Install Winter Maintenance Equipment (Sand Plows) On The Vehicle At The Request Of The Ordering Party Before The Winter Season, And After The End Of The Winter Season, It Will Dismantle The Above-Mentioned Equipment And Deliver It In A Fully Functional And Preserved Condition To The Road District Base In Odrzywołek. The Contractor Undertakes To Service And Repair The Equipment Mounted On The Provided Car. The Contractor Accepts Responsibility For The Equipment Provided And Installed On The Car.
