1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor With A Rated Power Of At Least 120 Hp Together With A Tandem Agricultural Trailer. The Contractor Undertakes To Complete The Order In Accordance With The Minimum Parameters Of The Offered Tractor And Trailer, Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And The Terms Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz, With Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, At The Contractors Expense. 2. The Tractor And Trailer Must Have An Ec Certificate Of Conformity (Homologation), Issued By A Statutorily Authorized Body And Must Meet The Conditions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). 3. The Delivered Tractor And Agricultural Trailer Should Have A Set Of Documents In Accordance With The Regulations In Force In Poland, On The Basis Of Admission To Traffic (Sales Invoice, Vehicle Card, Inspection - Technical Examination). The Contractor Will Present The Appropriate Certificates On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, The Tractor Will Be Filled With Appropriate Fuel In An Amount Of Not Less Than 5 Liters.4.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Conduct Training In The Operation And Use Of The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order For One Designated Employee Of The Ordering Party. The Training Should Include Basic Rules Of Use, Rules For Daily Maintenance And Planned Warranty Inspections. The Training Will Be Conducted At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Within 7 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order.5.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Minimum Technical Requirements For The Tractor And Agricultural Trailer, Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
