The Subject Of The Order Is: Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads In The Liszki Commune In The Following Towns: Wieluń, Morawica, Mników, Kaszów, Kryspinów, Piekary, Rączna, Jeziorzany, Cholerzyn, Budzyń, Baczyn, Ściejowice, Chrosna, Liszki, In The 2026/2027 Season.2.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented On: - Public Municipal Roads And Internal Roads - 1St Order Of Snow Removal, Indicated In The List Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Maintained In The 4Th Standard - Total Length Of 30.31 Km; - Other Internal Roads, In Particular Residential Roads And Roads Of Minor Communication Importance - 2Nd Order Of Snow Removal, Indicated In The List Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Maintained In V Standard - Total Length Of 96.56 Km; - Sidewalks Indicated In The List Of Sidewalks Constituting Part Of Annex No. 10 To The Swz - With A Total Length Of 4,760 Meters; - Other Public Municipal Roads And Internal Roads Owned By The Liszki Commune Or Managed By It, Not Listed In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, If The Need To Clear Them Of Snow Is Determined By The Coordinator Appointed By The Ordering Party. 2A Roads Not Included In The List:1) The List Of Roads Included In Annex No. 10 Specifies The Basic And Planned Winter Maintenance Routes.2) In Justified Cases, The Ordering Partys Coordinator May Instruct The Contractor To Perform The Service Also On A Road Not Listed In Annex No. 10, Provided That It Is A Public Municipal Road Or An Internal Road Owned By The Liszki Commune Or Managed By It.3) The Coordinators Order May Be Sent By Phone, E-Mail Or Message Sms. The Order Should Specify At Least The Location Of The Road Or Road Section, The Required Scope Of Work And The Standard Of Its Maintenance.4) The Operating Time Of The Equipment On Roads Not Listed In Annex No. 10 Will Be Settled According To The Actual Number Of Hours Of Equipment Operation, Confirmed By The Ordering Partys Coordinator, Using The Unit Prices Specified By The Contractor In Annex No. 1A To The Swz.5) The Indication Of An Additional Road By The Coordinator Does Not Result In A Change In Unit Prices Or The Contractors Right To Additional Remuneration Other Than The Remuneration For The Actual Performed And Confirmed Number Of Hours Of Equipment Operation.3.The Scope Of Works For Winter Road Maintenance Includes In Particular: 1) Clearing Snow From The Road, Sidewalks And Roadsides; 2) Clearing Snow From Roads Outside The List, Indicated By The Employers Coordinator In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Point 2A3) Clearing Snow From Sidewalks Included In The List Of Sidewalks Constituting Part Of Annex No. 10, Using Equipment Adapted To Their Width And Type Of Surface; 4) Removing And Preventing Winter Slipperiness; 5) Being On Duty By The Required Staff And Ensuring Readiness Equipment.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, In The Winter Road Maintenance Standard
