Task No. 1 - Renting A Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive For At Least 2 Axles Along With A Salt Spreader And A Medium Plow For Snow Removal And Combating Slipperiness On Roads - Work As Needed In The Świdnik Commune (2 Pcs.);4.3. Estimated Operating Time Of Equipment For Services Related To Winter Maintenance Of District Roads And Communication Routes (Pedestrians And Bicycles) In Świdnica County In The Winter Season 2026/2027 - Świdnik Commune: Task No. 1 - 250 Hours.4.4.Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Winter Maintenance Service Of Roads/Communication Routes Will Consist In: - Combating Slipperiness And Clearing Snow From Roads/Communication Routes To A Level Corresponding To The Standard Set By The Ordering Party, - Maintaining The Equipment And Machines With Staff Intended For Winter Maintenance Of Roads/Communication Routes (Materials Needed To Perform The Service, Such As Salt And Sand, Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party). 4.5.The Vehicles And Equipment Loaded With Material Entrusted By The Ordering Party Will Be Put To Work, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions, Within No More Than 1 Hour From The Telephone Call By The Employee Supervising The Winter Road Maintenance Operation. The Call Will Be Made By Telephone. The Contractors Obligation Is To Load Its Own Equipment Used For The Winter Road Maintenance Campaign With Material Purchased By The Ordering Party, Stored At The Material Base Yard At Ul. Piasecka 144 In Świdnik. The Above Tasks Must Be Performed On Your Own (The Cost And Time Of Loading Will Not Be Included By The Ordering Party As Equipment Work).4.6. The Contractor Will, At His Own Expense, Adapt The Vehicles For Salt Spreaders, Plows And Sand Spreaders In Accordance With Applicable Law. Adapting The Vehicle To The Needs Of Winter Road Maintenance And Dismantling The Equipment After The Winter Work Season. 4.7.The Parties Agree On The Following Additional Provisions: - By November 1, 2026, The Contractor Will Make Each Hardware Unit Available For The Installation Of A Gps Locating Device, Which Should Be Permanently Installed In The Vehicle Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, - The Installation Of The Gps Locating Device Will Be Performed By The Ordering Party, - Each Gps Device Is Assigned To A Specific Hardware Unit. Using The Device For Other Purposes Or Dismantling It Constitutes A Breach Of Contract. 4.8.In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: − Provide Its Own Constant Repair And Overhaul Services For Machines And Means Of Transport - Carriers And Plows, − Ensure Direct Communication Via Mobile Phones With The Staff Of The Equipment Used To Perform The Zud Task, In Order To Provide The Service With Instructions By Persons Designated By The Ordering Party And To Immediately Provide The Service With Information About: A) The Current State Of Road Passability, B) The Start And End Time Of Services On Individual Road Sections, C) Threats Caused By Weather Conditions, D) Other Events Spotted On T
