The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Establish A Fully Managed Solution That Provides Predictable Operation And Cost Control, With Central Follow-Up Of Machinery, Automated Handling Of Supplies And Available Service And Support During The Contract Period. The Solution Must Also Meet The Municipalitys Need For Simple Operation For All Users, Including Universal Design And Secure Handling Of Printouts. Harstad Municipality Uses Ysoft Safeq As A Secure Printing Solution, And Machines Offered Must Fully Support This. Over The Past Few Years, Harstad Municipality Has Carried Out A Significant Renewal Of The Machine Park, So That It Mainly Consists Of Newer Models That Will Be Used For Many Years To Come. During The Coming Four-Year Period, It Is Thus Estimated That The Need For Replacement Will Be Limited To A Few Tens Of Machines. Furthermore, The Equipment Must Support Secure Printing And Access Control Via Ysoft Safeq, Including Integration With The Municipalitys Identity Solution (Ad/Entra Id) And The Use Of Card Readers (Rfid). The Solution Must Work In The Municipalitys Ict Environment, Including Support For Relevant Microsoft Platforms.
