Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Childrens And Social Institutions At The Municipality Of Silistra With The Aim Of:- Providing Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food To Consumers;- Ensuring A Proper Diet, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And The Regulations On Its Implementation;- Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Consumers Are Fed;- Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimated, Calculated On The Basis Of Consumption For The Last Twelve Months. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Delivery Of Food Products, According To The Arising Needs Of The Relevant Municipal Structures.The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Amount Of Food Products By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences For Him.The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
