Of Surrounding Area And Disposal Of The Same Outside Of Premises (802376 Sqm Area), Cleaning Of Floor Of Corridoors, Stair Hall And Stair Cases Of Service Building As Well As Welfare Building Including Wet Clothing Daily (169572.00 Sqm Area Work Done Twice In A Week) And Maintenance Of Lawn Including Day To Day Watering, Clipping, Removing Unwanted Vegetation And Rolling To Maintain To Green Colour, Spraying Insecticides (Anti-Termites, Anti-Fungal, Water Soluble Liquid Spray) Etc. As Per Instruction Of Engr In-Charge. (Qty.Of Lawn Area 263 Sqm), Including The Cost Of Materials Required For Cleaning Such As Harpic, Brush, Phenyl Etc As Per Instruction Of Engr-In- Charge. The Cost Of Broom Stick, Bucket, Mug, Floor Cleaner, Deodorant, Napthalene Balls Etc. Are Also Included In This Item. The Work Is To Executed By Engagging Minimum 04 Manpower Daily On 8 Hrs Working
