Tenders are invited for Proposed Clinic Building Balance Work, Rehabilitation Hospital, Ragama The Proposed Clinic Building Balance Work, Rehabilitation Hospital, Ragama is a steel fabricated building in the Hospital Premises. Under the Contract, all works of the building should be completed, comprising following works: a. Balance civil works. b. Interior finishes. c. Mechanical works, including air conditioning system, lifts and fire protection & detection system. d. Electrical works. e. ELV works. f. WS&D works. g. External works. h. Other necessary works as mentioned in this document. Bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Additional Secretary (Procurement), Procurement Management Division, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, 2nd Floor, No.106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08, on working days from 18.09.2026 up to 02.30 p.m. on 08.10.2026 at upon payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Rs. 55,000.00. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 119 days from the deadline for submission of bids up to 04.02.2027. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of Rs. 6,633,000.00, valid for 147 days from the deadline for submission of bids up to 04.03.2027. Sealed bids shall be deposited in the tender box kept at the Office of the Additional Secretary (Procurement), Procurement Management Division, Ministry of Health and Mass Media, 2nd Floor, No.106, Dudley Senanayake Mawatha, Colombo 08 or sent by registered post to reach the same address before the deadline. Bids shall be delivered at or before 10.00 a.m. on 09.10.2026. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 25.09.2026 at the Office of the Director, Rehabilitation Hospital, Ragama.
