The Wdr Administration Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For Consulting, Conception And Technical Support Services For The Business Warehouse Project. The Project Is Designed As A Multi-Year Transformation And Implementation Project. The Aim Of The Project Is The Technical Conception And Gradual Introduction Of An Integrated Control Model That Links Strategic Planning, Resource Allocation, Portfolio And Performance Considerations As Well As Transparency About Resources, Costs And Impact. The Project Therefore Serves To Further Develop Wdrs Company-Wide Control Capability. The Contractor Accompanies The Project From The Detailed Concept Through The Implementation Phase To Go-Live And The Transition To Regular Operations. The Subject Of This Tender Is Exclusively Consulting Services, The Technical Conception And The Technical Support Of The Project Throughout All Project Phases. What Is Also Expected Is The Technical Conception And Support Of The Technical Implementation As Well As The Translation Of Technical Requirements Into Implementable Process, Data And System Requirements. The Technical Implementation And Software Development Themselves Are Not The Subject Of This Tender. The Order Is Advertised As A Framework Contract With No Obligation To Accept. The Contract Term Is 27 Months From The Start Of Services; Wdr Has The Option To Extend The Contract Once For Another Year. The Estimated Demand Volume Is Approximately 350 Person Days; The Maximum Amount Is 400 Person Days. When The Maximum Quantity Is Reached, The Possibility Of Further Calls Under The Framework Agreement Ends. The Estimated Call Volume Does Not Imply Any Obligation On The Part Of Wdr To Call Up Services To This Extent.
