The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste Generated And Collected From Property Owners Residing In The City And Commune Of Świątniki Górne In 2027 And 2028, In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Preparation For Reuse And Recycling Of Municipal Waste And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, As Well As The Collection And Management Of Waste From The Selective Collection Point. Municipal Waste Management (Pszok) Along With Equipping Pszok With Bins Or Containers And Equipping Residential Properties With Bags For Selective Waste Collection. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Characteristics Of The Commune, List Of Waste Fractions, Collection Frequency, Requirements For Vehicles And Equipment, Rules For Running Pszok, Reporting Obligations And Reporting Requirements, Is Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 3. The Method Of Implementing The Order Includes: Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Draft Contract - Annex No. 3 To The Swz; 4. The Ordering Party Requires A Deposit Of Pln 250,000.00 (In Words: Two Hundred And Fifty Thousand Zlotys 00/100). 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract In The Amount Of 5% Of The Total Gross Price Given In The Offer For The Performance Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract (Article 449(1) Of The Public Procurement Law). 6. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding, Within A Period Of 3 Years From The Date Of Awarding The Basic Contract, An Order To The Existing Contractor Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services, Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law.
