The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Fire Station Building For The Jrg And Kp Psp In Nowy Tomyśl On Plot No. 278/5, Paproć Precinct, Nowy Tomyśl Commune, Paproć Town. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Bills Of Quantities Constitute Only An Informational And Auxiliary Basis, Enabling Price Calculation. 3. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractors, Before Submitting An Offer, Visit The Site Of The Works Being Carried Out, After Making An Appointment With The Ordering Partys Representative By Calling 47 771 84 00. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of The Task Does Not Include The Execution Of Construction Works In The Field Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Resources Warehouse (Olioc) And The Shelter, Subject To The Need To Bring All Required Installations (Media) To The Places Foundation Of Facilities That Will Be Implemented As Part Of Separate Stages (Proceedings). 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects On The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 60 Months From The Date Of Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Works Acceptance Report. 6. Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure In Question If The Public Funds It Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 7. Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled Construction Of A Guardhouse Building For Jrg And Kp Psp In Nowy Tomyśl Is Co-Financed Under The Modernization Program Of The Police, Border Guard, State Fire Service And State Protection Service For 2026-2029. 8. The Ordering Party Expects To Provide Advance Payments For The Execution Of The Order. 9. Pursuant To Art. 126 Section 1 Of The Pzp, The Ordering Party Will Call Upon The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest To Submit, Within A Specified Period, Not Less Than 10 Days From The Date Of The Request, Subjective Evidence, If It Required Their Submission In The Contract Notice Or Procurement Documents, Valid On The Date Of Submission Of The Subjective Evidence. 10. The Ordering Party Will Use Art. 139 Section 1 Of The Pzp, I.E.: The Ordering Party Will First Examine And Evaluate The Offers, And Then Subjectively Qualify The Contractor Whose Offer Was Rated The Highest In Terms Of The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion And Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. 11. Each Contractor May Submit Only One Offer In This Procedure.
