The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Composting Plant For Biodegradable Waste Collected Selectively In The Design And Build Formula, For An Investment Called: Construction Of A Composting Plant For Biodegradable Waste Collected Selectively, In The Town Of Konin, Gosławice District, On Plots No. 1406 And 1409, Including: 1) Development Of Replacement Construction Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Change To The Decision On Construction Permit No. 139 Issued By The Mayor Of Konin On October 28, 2025, 2) Construction Of Facilities And Accompanying Infrastructure, 3) Obtaining All Legally Required Permits, Arrangements, Approvals, Opinions And Derogations From The Regulations Necessary To Perform The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And Put It Into Use, Including Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Decision On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Solutions And Requirements Was Developed In The Document Functional And Utility Program For The Investment: Construction Of A Composting Plant For Biodegradable Waste Collected Separately. 3. On-Site Visit - The Ordering Party Obliges Contractors To Inspect The Construction Site Before Submitting The Offer In Order To Obtain Any Data That May Be Useful For Preparing The Offer And Implementing And Settling The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Set Two Dates For The Mandatory On-Site Visit, Which Will Take Place At The Construction Site, I.E. Konin, Ul. Sulańska 13, Which Will Be Notified Via The Tender Platform. 5. The Contractors Obligations And Detailed Conditions Required For The Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
