The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of It Systems Along With Installation And Configuration, Including: 1) Launching The Portal Of Electronic Public Services, 2) Launching The Public Information Bulletin, 3) Implementing Domain Systems And Supporting Systems Ensuring The Possibility Of Providing E-Services, 4) Implementing A Mobile Application. 2. The Delivery Of Software Included In The Scope Of The Order Includes Licenses And Media With Programs That Will Enable Its Legal And Correct Installation And Operation For All Purchased Licenses. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 4. All Solutions Delivered As Part Of The Order Must Be Brand New And Unused Before The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Excluding Use Necessary To Test Their Correct Operation. Refurbished Devices And Licenses Are Not Allowed. 5. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Installation And Commissioning, Will Take Place At The Contractors Expense And Risk. 6. The Software Licenses Provided Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects. 7. Project Financed From The Communes Own Funds. 8. The Ordering Party Envisages Payment Of The Remuneration In Three Parts, In Accordance With The Implementation Schedule Covering The Years 2026–2028. Detailed Payment Rules Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order Of At Least 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. 10.
