(Zk), 2) Personal Accident Insurance For The Driver And Passengers (Nnw), 3) Auto Insurance (Ac) With The Risk Of Theft (Kr), 4) Assistance Insurance (Ass). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Detailed Method Of Execution Of The Basic Order And The Order Implemented Under The Option Law Are Specified In The Following Annexes: 1) Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), 2) Appendix No. 1A To The Swz - Rules For Reporting And Settling Damages, 3) Appendix No. 1B To The Swz - List Of Vehicles, 4) Appendix No. 3 To The Swz - Important Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Ipu). Ipu And Swz And The Provisions Of The General Terms And Conditions, The Provisions Of The Ipu And Swz Apply. 6. Pursuant To Article 441(1) Of The Ppl, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right In The Amount Of Up To 10% Of The Value Of The Basic Contract.
