Refuse And Waste Related Services – Removal Of Hazardous Waste In The Town Of Wszedzień 20 Located On Plots No. 111 And 112, Mogilno Commune, Mogilno County. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Removal, Protection, Transport And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste Located On Plots No. 111 And 112 In Wszedzień 20, Mogilno Commune In An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 2,300 Tons. Removal Of All Hazardous Waste And Subjecting It To Final Recovery Or Disposal Processes Appropriate To The Properties Of The Waste (In Accordance With Article 27(3B) Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) - Hereinafter Abbreviated As Uoo). 2) Proper Decontamination Of Building Structures (Walls, Floors Of Warehouses), To The Extent Required By Surface Contamination, 3) Carrying Out Ex Situ Bioremediation Consisting In Extracting Soil At A Depth Of Approximately 1 M On An Area Of Approximately 2,300 M2 (Depending On The Results Of Soil Tests) And Transferring It To The Final Installation For The Processing Or Disposal Of Hazardous Waste, 4) Carrying Out Agricultural And Construction-Oriented Recultivation Of Plots No. 111 And 112 With A Total Area Of 0.95 Ha.
