The Ordering Party Requires That In The Last Year Before The Warranty Expires, The Contractor, While Performing Inspections, Will Train Individual Mechanics In The Scope Of Maintenance Activities And Used Consumables. 2) Guarantees That The Tractors Being The Subject Of The Order Are Free From Design, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. 3) On The Day Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Will Be Provided With Documents Specifying The Service Conditions, Operating Instructions, Technical Inspection, Approval Documents And A Ce Certificate Of Conformity. 3. Financing Conditions: 1) The Purchase Of Tractors Will Be Financed By The Contractor, Also Known As The Financing Party. 2) Currency Of The Leasing Agreement – ​​Pln. 3) Operating Leasing Period – 47 Months. 4) Number Of Installments – 47 Equal Monthly Installments.
