The Subject Of The Order Is: A) Modernization Of The Permanent Exhibition Of The Toruń History Museum In The Esken House According To The Project Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2. B) Execution Of A Temporary Board Exhibition In Cooperation With A Foreign Partner - In The Scope Of Preparing A Project Of A Maximum Of 20 Boards And Their Printing On 5 Mm Pvc, Dimensions 131 X 120 Cm (Vertical), Protected With Uv Foil - The Boards Will Be Installed By The Ordering Party In Its Frame In The Old Town Hall Area. The Exhibition Is Located In A Complex Of Buildings Entered In The Register Of Monuments At Ul. Łazienna 16, Ciasna 4/6/8 In Toruń. The Modernization Includes: - Construction Of A New Exhibition On The Ground Floor - Showcases, Multimedia, Information Boards (Including Signatures) Are Expected, - Delivery Of Audio Guides And Accessories As Well As Creation And Uploading Of Content And Launch, - Modernization Of The Ticket And Publishing Office In The Great Hall, - Construction Of A New Part Of The Exhibition In The Room With The Turnstile, - Modernization Of Some Of The Existing Stands To The Extent Indicated. In The Case Of Audio Guides, A Multimedia Kiosk, Boards, Descriptions Of Exhibits And Temporary Exhibitions, The Materials For Development Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order And Its Description Are Included In Annexes 1 And 2 To The Swz. A Detailed Work Schedule Will Be Agreed Between The Parties After Signing The Contract. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Auxiliary And Accompanying Works And Other Works Necessary To Perform The Order, Not Included In The Documentation, But Necessary To Be Performed Due To Legal Provisions, In Particular: - All Types Of Work Security, Including Security, Health And Safety, Theft And Devastation. - Conducting Work In A Way That Ensures The Safety Of Museum Employees And Visitors. - Repair Of Any Damage Caused During The Work. - Collection, Transport, Management And Transfer Of Waste For Disposal In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Items 1587, 1597, 1688, 1852, 2029). The Contractor Is A Waste Producer Within The Meaning Of The Act Indicated In This Point And Will Manage Waste Generated During The Implementation Of The Task At His Own Responsibility And At His Own Expense. - Removal Of Generated Waste From Places Where It Is Generated On An Ongoing Basis. - Reducing The Emission Of Fugitive Dust During Assembly Works, - Cleaning The Work Area After The Completion Of The Work, As Well As The Adjacent Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovating, At Its Own Expense, Buildings, Parts Of The Area, Roads, Surfaces Or Installations Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of The Work.
