Public Road Transport Services – Conducting Transport Services In Public Collective Transport In The Wieluń Commune. Providing A Service Consisting In Conducting Municipal Passenger Transport Within The City And Commune Of Wieluń, On Routes Specified By The Ordering Party Constituting A Comprehensive Communication Network, According To Timetables Specified By The Ordering Party, On Working Days, Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays, In Accordance With The Swz, This Opz, Annexes And The Provisions Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Number Of Vehicles Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of All Routes Specified In The Timetable, With The Minimum Number Of Basic Vehicles Being 12 Buses. A) Basic Buses Must Have At Least 32 Seats, Including At Least 10 Seats. (B) At Least 8 Basic Buses Must Have At Least Two Doors On The Right Side Of The Vehicle, Mechanically Operated By The Driver, And Each Door Must Be Equipped With An Automatic Retraction System To Protect The Passenger From Pinching. C) Buses Referred To In Point (A). B, Must Be Equipped With Technical Solutions Enabling The Safe Entry, Exit And Transport Of Persons With Disabilities Or Persons With Reduced Mobility, In Particular With A Foldable Ramp/Ramp Enabling The Introduction Of A Wheelchair Or Other Equivalent Technical Solution Ensuring The Safe Entry, Exit And Transport Of Such Persons. These Buses Must Also Have A Designated Space For A Wheelchair, If Such An Obligation Results From The Structure And Equipment Of The Vehicle. The Number Of Kilometers Within The Planned Transport Based On The Planned Timetable Is On Average, Subject To Possible Minor Differences Resulting From The Organization Of Courses: On Working Days Approximately 1,690 Km Per Day, On Saturdays Approximately 229 Km, On Sundays And Holidays Approximately 250 Km.
