Natural Risks Or Hazards Protection Services - Cutting Down Trees And Carrying Out Maintenance Cuts In The Area Of ​​The Catchment Management Board In Leszno - Framework Agreement For 2026-2028. The Subject Of The Order Are The Following Services: Cutting Down Trees And Carrying Out Maintenance Cuts In The Area Of ​​The Catchment Management Board In Leszno - Framework Agreement For 2026-2028 The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Framework Budget Cost (Form To Be Completed) And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Works Involving Felling And Maintenance Cuts Of Trees In The Area Of ​​The Water Supervision Authority Under The Administration Of The Polish Waters State Water Management Board Of The Leszno Catchment Management Board. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Area Of ​​7 Water Supervisions (Water Supervision In Góra, Water Supervision In Krotoszyn, Water Supervision In Leszno, Water Supervision In Milicz, Water Supervision In Ostrzeszów, Water Supervision In Rawicz, Water Supervision In Trzebnica) In Accordance With The Decisions Obtained Allowing The Felling Of Trees. The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement Between The Ordering Party And A Maximum Of Five (5) Contractors In Order To Establish The Terms Of Orders That May Be Awarded Within 27 Months From The Date Of Signing The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Partial Orders. Individual Partial Orders Will Consist In Carrying Out Work Related To Cutting Down Trees And Carrying Out Maintenance Cuts Located In The Area Administered By Individual Water Supervision Authorities. The Scope Of Work To Be Carried Out Under This Order Includes Felling Trees And Tree Maintenance Cuts According To The Current Needs Indicated By The Water Supervision Authority In Accordance With The Attached Framework Bid Cost Estimate. The Indicated Quantities (Measurements) In The Framework Bid Estimate Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz Are Indicative Values. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Quantitative Scope Of The Framework Agreement, I.E. Not To Award Partial Orders In These Sizes Or To Exceed These Quantities In The Event Of Failure To Use The Amount Allocated For The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement, And The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Quantities Indicated In The Framework Bid Estimate Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Swz Are Indicative And Are Used To Compare Offers. The Work Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Catalog Of Good Practices In The Field Of Hydrotechnical Works And Maintenance Works.
