1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Two Buildings For The Needs Of Care And Educational Facilities. The Construction Is Related To The Demolition Of The Remains Of The Kindergarten Building. The Investment Will Include The Construction Of A Utility And Garage Building And Hardening Of The Area With Parking Spaces. Small Architectural Arrangements Have Been Planned For The Recreational Area And The Modernization Of The Plots Fencing And The Construction Of Protective Greenery. The Installation Part Will Include The Use Of Renewable Energy Sources. The Created Family-Type Care And Educational Facilities Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Presents The Construction And Technical Design, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Bills Of Quantities Are Attached Only As A Guide, And The Ordering Party Does Not Exclude The Possibility Of Including In The Valuation Other Works The Implementation Of Which The Contractor Considers Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task. For The Completed Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide At Least: 60-Month Quality Warranty (The Warranty Period Is Not A Criterion For Evaluating Offers). 2. The Proceedings Concern The Project Entitled Establishment Of Two Family-Type Care And Educational Facilities In Paterek, Implemented With Funds From The European Regional Development Fund Under Priority 6. European Funds To Increase The Availability Of Regional Infrastructure For Residents; Measures 6.8 Investments In Social Infrastructure; European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program.
