The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Dn315 Water Main, A Dn160 Water Supply Network And A Dn90 Connection With A Total Length Of Approx. 1,361.50 M Along With Hydrants In Sulejów. The Water Supply Network Will Be Located On Plots Marked With Plot No. 94, District No. 17, Section 2081 Rev. 18, Sulejów Town, Sulejów Rev. 17, Plots No. 15, 17, 138, 240, 241/46, 241/47, 90, 241/1. The Following Works Are Expected To Be Performed As Part Of The Construction:• Submitting An Application To Pinb On The Intention To Start Construction Works And Obtaining A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility Or Effectively Reporting The Completion Of Works That Do Not Require A Construction Permit To Pinb;• Preparing Traffic Management Designs For The Duration Of The Works, Along With Obtaining Approval From Traffic Management Authority; • Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Occupation Of The Lane For The Purpose Of Carrying Out Construction Works; • Obtaining Decisions Authorizing The Occupation Of A Road In Order To Place A Foreign Device; • Preparatory And Measuring Works; • Dismantling The Surface Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mass; • Constructing Open Trenches With Formwork On Both Sides; • Constructing The Foundation In The Trench By Leveling The Bottom, Cleaning It From Stones, Draining It And Making The Base Along With Compaction; • Constructing Starting Chambers For Controlled Jacking; • The Water Main Is Planned To Be Made Using Hdd Controlled Drilling From Pe100sdr11dn315r Pipes And An Open Trench. Only In Ul. Sosnowa And Świerkowa, The Main Road Will Be Located On The Side Of The Road. Crossing Under The Road Of Ul. Sosnowa Should Be Drilled Using A Directional Drill In A Dn450 Steel Casing Pipe. The Water Supply Network At The Intersection Of Konecka And Wschodnia Streets Is Planned To Be Made Of Pe100sdr11dn160rc Pipes Using Hdd-Controlled Drilling. Dn80 Above-Ground Hydrants Are Planned Along The Water Supply Route. The Installation Of Gate Valves And Additional Linear Gate Valves Along The Bus Route Is Planned At The Connection Nodes. The Water Supply Network At The Intersection Of Konecka And Wschodnia Streets Is Planned To Be Made Of Pe100sdr11dn160rc Pipes In An Open Trench. Crossing Under The Road Of Ul. Konecka Should Be Drilled Using A Directional Drill In A Dn250 Steel Casing Pipe. • Construction Of Water Supply Gate Valves Made Of Pn16 Ductile Iron With A Diameter Of Dn80mm, Together With A Casing And Gate Valve Box, As Well As Fire Hydrants. Above Ground;• Construction Of Retaining Blocks In Nodes And Places Of Bends In The Water Supply Network;• Installation Of Two-Part Protective Pipes On The Existing Infrastructure;• Marking Of Fittings And Utilities;• Marking Of The Water Pipeline Route With A White And Blue Warning Tape Made Of Plastic With An Embedded Metal Insert At A Distance Of 0.3 M Above The Pipeline; • Disinfection Of The Water Supply Network; • Performing A Pressure Test
