The Subject Of The Order Are Hostel Services For Patients Of The Radiotherapy Center. A Further And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As: Swz). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right (During The Validity Of The Contract And Before Concluding The Contract) To Visit The Facility In Order To Check The Services Provided And Compliance With The Required Conditions. Before Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require The Most Favorable Contractor To Provide A Completed Assessment Questionnaire Of The Entity Processing Data On Behalf Of The Controller (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz). The Draft Agreement For The Processing Of Personal Data On Behalf Of The Administrator Will Be Clarified After Selecting The Contractor.
