4.2.1.Part 1 Of The Order: Office Furniture Equipment The Order Includes The Delivery Of 19 Pieces Of Advanced Ergonomic Chairs To The Ordering Partys Headquarters.4.3.General Provisions Relating To All Parts Of The Contract: 4.3.1.Regarding The Subject Of The Order: A) The Ordering Party Requires The Equipment Provided By The Contractor To Be Brought To The Ordering Partys Office (Ulan-Majorat 57, 21-307 Ulan-Majorat, Floors 1 And 2, No Elevator). B) Delivery Elements Requiring Assembly Must Be Assembled In Accordance With The Manufacturers Instructions, C) Delivery Must Take Place During The Offices Working Hours And After Setting The Delivery Date, I.E. At Least 3 Business Days Before The Planned Delivery Date, D) The Office Will Provide The Room For The Assembly Time After Setting The Delivery Date, I.E. At Least 3 Business Days Before The Planned Delivery Date; Assembly Time May Not Exceed 2 Business Days,E) The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Properly Dispose Of All Waste Remaining After Delivery,F) The Delivered Equipment Must Have An Operating Manual In Polish And A Warranty Card Attached,G) Equipment Requiring Assembly Must Have All Accessories Necessary For Proper Installation, Provided By The Manufacturer (Despite The Requirement For Assembly - See Point B)),H) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Showing No Signs Of Use, Undamaged, Without Defects, Without Design Or Workmanship Defects Or Resulting From Other Negligence Of The Contractor Or The Manufacturer Of The Article, Which Would Be Revealed During Their Use In Relation To The Technical Parameters Required By The Ordering Party, I) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Admitted To Trading On The Domestic Market, J) The Delivered Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy On Occupational Health And Safety In Positions Equipped With Screen Monitors (Journal Of Laws Of 2025 R., Item 58).
