1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Printing And Delivery Service Of The Indeks Magazine.2. Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Activity Consisting In The Successive Printing Of The Magazine And Delivering (Together With The Payment) To The Ordering Party The Subject Of The Order, With Requirements/Parameters Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz) And Consistent With The Provided Sample (Appendix No. 1B To The Swz), In Response To Individual, Current Orders Of The Ordering Party Submitted To The Contractor During The Period Referred To In Point. 15 (Hereinafter Referred To As Orders).3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Agreement. Annex No. 1A Also Includes The Price Specification, Which Includes The Maximum Gross Remuneration In Pln For The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including The Unit Price Indicated For The Printing And Delivery Of One [1] Copy Of A Double Issue Of The Magazine.4. The Quantities Indicated In Annex 1A To The Swz Are Approximate Values ​​Determined On The Basis Of Current Consumption Over The Last Twelve [12] Months And The Expected Demand Of The Ordering Party.5. All Magazines Included In The Order Must Have An Issn Number.6. An Order Is Defined As Each Individual Order (Requirement) Of The Ordering Party, Sent To The Contractor Via E-Mail With The Simultaneous Placement Of The Indeks Magazine File On The Server Indicated By The Contractor, The Printing And Delivery Of Which Are The Subject Of The Contract.7. The Order Referred To In Point 6 Contains The Following Data: Order Date, Name Of The Ordering Party, Circulation Of The Indeks Magazine Along With An Indication Of The Number Of Copies Assigned To A Specific Delivery Address, Technical Printing Parameters, Contract Number.8. As Part Of The Successive Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Packaging For The Subject Of The Order (E.G. Cardboard Boxes) To Prevent Its Damage During Transport / Unloading / Bringing In.9. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Be Unloaded And Brought To The Room Designated By The Ordering Party.10. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.11. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made With The Utmost Care, In Accordance With The Latest Technical Knowledge And Applicable Standards, Using Appropriate Quality Materials. The Subject Of The Order Cannot Contain Any Defects, Including Uncolored Areas, Stains, Errors Caused By Paper Defects And Other Printing Errors.12. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide New, Defect-Free And Full-Value Forms.13. The Contractor Undertakes To Exercise The Utmost Care In Performing The Subject Of The Contract And To Deliver The
