1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Front-Drive Tractor With Accessories Necessary To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, With Technical Parameters And Equipment Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz). 2. The Subject Of The Order - A Front-Drive Tractor With Accessories - Must Be Brand New, Complete, Never Used (Without Previous Operation), Free From Physical, Legal, Construction And Material Defects And Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense And Risk. The Vehicle Delivered Must Be Ready For Registration. 3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, 2) Start Up And Check The Correct Operation Of The Delivered Equipment, 3) Provide The Operating Manual And Technical Documentation In Polish, 4) Conduct Training For Indicated Operators - Representatives Of The Ordering Party, In The Operation, Operation And Principles Of Safe Use Of The Delivered Tractor, With Confirmation Of The Training On The Day Of Receipt Or Another Agreed Date, But No Later Than 2 Business Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order.
