1. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Brand New Equipment For Classes Using The A. Tomatis Method, Together With A Laptop And Accessories - 2 Pieces (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment) To Two Schools In The Kobierzyce Commune (The Facilities And The Quantities To Be Delivered To Each Of Them Were Indicated In The Spreadsheet For Task 1). 2. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Installation And Commissioning Of Equipment In The School 2) Conducting Instruction (Min. 2 Teaching Hours) For Persons Indicated By School Principals In The Use Of The Equipment (Connection, Switching On And Off, Demonstration Of Basic Functions). 3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Spreadsheet With Opz For Task 1 (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz1). 4. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Transport The Subject Of The Order, Unload It And Bring It To The Indicated Rooms At The School (Delivery Will Take Place Directly To The School) And Clean Up Any Waste And Impurities Resulting From The Delivery And Remove Any Damage That May Have Occurred. 5. All The Above-Mentioned Activities Will Be Performed At The Premises Schools.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.7. The Offered Equipment Must Be Packaged In A Way That Protects It Against Damage. The Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In Opz1 Constitute The Minimum Technical And Quality Requirements Expected By The Ordering Party Due To Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol.11. Delivery Should Be Made Only On Working Days From 8.00 A.M. To 3.00 P.M., Excluding Saturdays - Or On Another Date Approved By The Ordering Party.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Agree The Delivery Date (Day) Directly With The Ordering Party.13 Article 100(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Can Be Appropriately Adapted To Enable It To Be Used By Visually Impaired, Hearing Impaired And Mobility Impaired People.14. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Delivered Equipment, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol (The Detailed Scope Of The Warranty And The Terms Of The Warranty Are Specified In Opz1).15. Note: The Ordering Party Informs That The Subject Of This Task (In Accordance With The Description Indicated In Ozp1 - For Item 1), Is To Be A Medical Device And As Such: A) Is To Have A Medical Device Certificate Issued In Accordance With The Medical Devices Act Of May 20, 2010 (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 211, As Amended) Or Equivalent (The Ordering Party Will Recognize As Equivalent A Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Product With The Declared Manufacturer Or Properties Specified In The Regulations Or Standards.
