The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Removal Of The Existing Building Of Unis, A.S. At P.No. 1425/14, K.Ú. Chimney [610585].The Building Being Removed, Located On The Premises Of Unis, A.S., Serves As A Technological-Administrative Building.The Construction Site Is Located In The Northwestern Part Of Brno, In A Wedge Between The Unis Building (Now Orlen) Near Jundrovská Street And The Dpmb Trolleybus Depot. The Land Is Flat, Accessible By Traffic Via The Entrance From Jundrovská Street. The Existing Surrounding Development Is Mainly Used Commercially, For Light Manufacturing And Dpmb Transport Facilities (Office Buildings, Rolling Stock).The Existing Building Is A One-Story Hall With A Flat Roof, Located At The Northeastern Border Of The Area. Access To The Building Is Through The Handling Area Connected To The Exit From Jundrovská Street.The Hall Has Brick Perimeter Walls, A Single-Skin Flat Roof And Is Based On Foundation Passes. Openings Are Filled With Plastic Windows, Plastic Entrance Doors And Sectional Doors.The Existing Indoor Facility Is Connected To Area Networks, I.E. Sewage Sewerage, Rainwater Drainage, Area Distribution Of Heating Water And High-Current And Low-Current Electrical Distribution.All Construction And Installation Work Will Be Carried Out By Professional Companies Authorized For This Activity.
