The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Provide, On Behalf Of The Société De Transports En Commun De Limoges Métropole (Stclm), Passenger Transport Services Carried Out Upon Prior Reservation, Using Taxis And Transport Vehicles With Drivers, In The Territory Of The Twenty (20) Municipalities Of Limoges Métropole. The Services Include In Particular The Provision Of Vehicles And Drivers, The Reception And Processing Of Transport Requests By A Single Reservation Center, The Regulation And Allocation Of Vehicles, The Support Of Users At The Agreed Meeting Points, The Transport To The Point Of Destination, As Well As The Traceability And Reporting Of Journeys Carried Out. The Holder Must Be Able To Mobilize Up To Thirty (30) Vehicles Simultaneously During Peak Periods And Guarantee A Maximum Response Time Of One (1) Hour From The Order. The Contract Is Concluded In The Form Of A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders As Needs Are Expressed, Without Re-Competition.
